How To Order?
View our collections and select the product you want. Choose your size, color, and other variations if necessary, then add to cart. Go to your cart after adding your items, then go to checkout. Choose your payment options, enter your discount code if you have one, and enter your
shipping preferences. Proceed to purchase your items. You will receive your order confirmation shortly.
How to check my order status?
You can check your order status from the "View Your Order" link in
your confirmation email. If you can't find your order confirmation, click here to look up your order: Track Your Order.
Your orders can all be found once you login to your account and click orders.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed between 3-5 business days, then sent for shipment. After your order has been shipped it should arrive between 7-14 business days depending on the shipping speed selected. International destinations may take up to 20 or 30 days to be delivered.
How do I make an exchange or request a refund or return?
In order to request a refund or an exchange, file your request through the Contact portal here. For More information on how returns and exchanges are handled, see our return policy here.
Please Note:
Any intimate items (items that made contact with private parts) are not eligible for return or exchange. Also custom or personalized products
are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled on your order status page, found by clicking
"View Your Order" in your order confirmation email or text. If you need more assistance, message us through the chat, via email or use the contact form linked here: Contact Portal.
Do custom orders have any additional fees?
Yes. Custom orders do have additional fees, simply to account for customization requisites we were provided from your order.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Gift packaging is available but only for select products. The product will say so in the product description.
What are the holiday order cut-off dates?
Christmas Order Cut - Off: Dec. 5-10, 2025

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, American Express, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal and More.
Do you accept buy now pay later?
Yes. We do accept by now and pay later through Afterpay or Shop Pay depending on your choice of payment selection.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Yes, you can use multiple payment methods for one order.
Do you offer any subscription-based payments?
As of right now Totally Bri does not have any subscription-based pricing.
Hey! Can you keep a secret? We are currently in the works of a subscription box that offers all your monthly TB Faves for one monthly subscription. Shh!
Why are your prices the way they are?
At Totally Bri we strive to keep our prices low and affordable for all our customers. Most of our pricing is under $50, in-line with our company values.
We also offer buy now, pay later payment methods for those big purchases you can't take your eyes off!

Do you have gift cards?
Yes. We offer eGift cards that can be purchased and sent to your receipient.
Does Totally Bri have an Ambassador Program?
Yes. We have an Ambassador program called The Bri Babes Squad! You can inquire more about the program through the contact us portal for more information.
Can I suggest a new product or design idea?
Yes. We'd love for you to share your ideas with us and give product design requests. Just submit your ideas through our contact portal as you would any other request.
