Orders and Shipping
How To Order?
View our collections and select the product you want. Choose your size, color, and other variations if necessary, then add to cart. Go to your cart after adding your items, then go to checkout. Choose your payment options, enter your discount code if you have one, and enter your
shipping preferences. Proceed to purchase your items. You will receive your order confirmation shortly.
How to check my order status?
You can check your order status from the "View Your Order" link in
your confirmation email. If you can't find your order confirmation, click here to look up your order: Track Your Order.
Your orders can all be found once you login to your account and click orders.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipping and handling times will take between 3 - 7 business days. If you have any issues with your order please send us a message or email us with your order number and request information. If you need to request faster shipping, please be advised that these requests can only be submitted if the item(s) have not already shipped. How do I make an exchange or request a refund?

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled on your order status page, found by clicking
"View Your Order" in your order confirmation email or text. If you need more assistance, message us through the chat or the contact form linked here: Contact Portal.
Do custom orders have any additional fees?
No. Custom orders do not have any additional fees.
What are the holiday order cut-off dates?
Christmas Order Cut - Off: Dec. 7, 2023
Policies
What is your return/refund policy?
- Customers should request a return from us through our contact portal or email us at support@totallybri.com.
- If approved a return label will be provided and return shipping will be deducted from refund.
- Customers have a 30-day return window where items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags. Proof of purchase should also be included in return package.
- Any intimate items (items that made contact with private parts) are not eligible for return or exchange. Also custom or personalized products
are not eligible for return or exchange. - Items must be returned before we can process your refund or exchange. Once processed follow your bank's guidelines for when your refund will be reflected.
Does Totally Bri collect or store my data?
See our privacy policy here. Totally Bri only stores data relating to customer orders and memberships. This means that when you sign up for an account or place an order, your shipping address, order and contact information is collected. We do not collect any information other than what is listed in our privacy policy.

Does Totally Bri have an Ambassador Program?

How does Totally Bri give back to the community?
Totally Bri has worked with college programs that focus on underrepresented populations to offer free t-shirts and hoodies for club members and offers charitable donations with every purchase. See our community page for more info.
Where is Totally Bri located?
Totally Bri is a registered company in the state of New York, but as we are an online-only store, there is no physical location as of yet.
