Shipping policy

**Shipping Updates USPS and other shipping carriers have imposed temporary surcharges on all shipping costs during the holiday season. This price increase is between $0.40-$2.00 depending on the item, location, or size. Shipping costs return to normal after the holiday season. Rates should revert as of January 18, 2026. **

Domestic Shipping 

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout with various shipping options available. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is subject to limitations as directed and informed by carriers nationwide.

We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery at this time.

International Shipping

Through the global use of our online web store, we strive to offer shipping to all countries as enabled by our shipping carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of your order being shipped, please contact your shipping carrier for more information.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns are only available for products that are in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the return request.

If your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at the email listed below with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution and supply a replacement if necessary.

Any Custom Orders that have been personalized, like phone cases, canvas prints, or others are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error was made on our side.

To complete an exchange, first, start a return and receive your refund in the form of store credit through our eGift cards.
