Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Shipping charges are calculated at checkout with various shipping options available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes are subject to limitations as directed and informed by carriers nationwide.We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery at this time.
International Shipping
Through the global use of our online web-store, we strive to offer shipping to all countries as enabled by our shipping carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@totallybri.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are only available for products that are in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at the email listed below with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.Any Custom Orders like phone cases, canvas prints, and others are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please note that our products are made-to-order so it is not easy to simply return them to get an exchange, as they are not mass produced or warehoused. We will make an effort to reproduce the items for you as the situation dictates.
Custom and personalized orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Any item that made contact with private parts are also ineligible for returns or exchanges, including swimwear and sports bras.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at support@totallybri.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If your return is approved and you have received an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@totallybri.com with a photo of the damaged item to arrange a refund or exchange. If you opt for an exchange, first return your product, then get your refund in the form of store credit through an eGift card(s).
Please Note Return must be made within 20 days in order to get full credit, exchange or refund.
